Mid-winter meeting
The AGM and the mid-winter meeting of the RCA Forum were held at the James Cook Hotel Grand Chancellor on 28 July 2017.
We learned about critical issues that Councils should understand about transport operations and management, Intelligent Transport Systems, the new RCA Forum Guidelines for equitable funding of pavement maintenance of low volume roads, submissions made on the speed setting rule, and more.
