Todd Moyle – 4 June 2021

Todd Moyle is KiwiRail’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing all operational parts of the business, including Network Services, Rolling Stock, Rail Operations, Train Control, Freight Sales and Asset Management.  Prior to that he was Group General Manager of Network Services for KiwiRail’s ‘below rail’ network of track, bridges and tunnels and the engineering function. Todd has spent more than 15 years in the construction and operation of rail networks across New Zealand and the United Kingdom including as Design Manager in the London Underground. A qualified and experienced engineer, Todd has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Canterbury.
