Howard joined Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency in June 2017 and is currently its Chief Financial Officer.
He has held previous general management and CFO roles at Transpower New Zealand and Ministry of Education.
Before moving to New Zealand from the United Kingdom, Howard worked in investment banking and started his career as a petroleum engineer in the offshore oil and gas industry.
