This is to advise you of a Special General Meeting of the Members of the Road Controlling Authorities Forum (New Zealand) Incorporated. The details of the meeting are as follows:
- Date: 24 March 2026
- Time: 2:00pm – 3:00pm
- Venue: Online – Microsoft Teams link below
- Purpose: Society re-registration and Constitution matters
A meeting invitation has been sent to all Member Organisation contact persons, please accept or decline this invitation to advise your attendance.
Please forward the invitation to an authorised representative to attend on behalf of your organisation if relevant.

- Resignation of Executive Committee Members – for noting only
- Governance Transition to the REG Governance Group – simple majority needed
- Adoption of Revised Constitution – 75% majority needed
- Re-Registration under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 – simple majority needed
- Financial Statements 2024/25 – for noting only (since these have already been lodged with Charities)
