Stephanie Campbell

Stephanie Campbell is the General Manager Strategic Land Use. Her focus is on developing property expertise within the business, improving stakeholder management and implementing our property strategy.  Stephanie is looking to bring development thinking to the business as a mechanism to support our wider business purpose.

This team includes Facilities and Commercial leasing who look to optimise property assets held by KiwiRail. They set standards to ensure quality and consistency of performance in facilities management and commercial property transactions in relation to the both the leased and operational property portfolio.
